You don't have to be an athlete to start. See how EMS can help you get back to regular movement and look after your everyday fitness.
EMS is often chosen by people who want to return to activity after a break, or who simply need training that fits easily into a busy life. Two groups we meet especially often at our studio are women after pregnancy and people who spend most of the day at a desk.
Returning to training after pregnancy
After pregnancy the point is not to train at 100% straight away. What matters most is a calm return to movement and gradually building strength and fitness.
We match the training to what you can do and how you feel. We start gently and increase the intensity and the exercises as you progress. Before we begin, we also make sure there are no contraindications to activity.
A whole day at a desk?
Many hours in one position usually means too little movement and too much tension. Well-chosen training can help strengthen your muscles, improve stabilization and simply give your body its regular dose of movement back.
You don’t have to spend hours at the gym straight away. A well-planned 20-25 minutes can be a good choice.
Training matched to you
We don’t have one plan for everyone. We match the exercises, the difficulty and the intensity to your goal, your experience and what you can do right now.
We start from where you are, and work together towards where you want to get to.
